Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about managing your BotNexus developer account.
How do invite tracking and analytics work?
BotNexus uses a unique invite URL wrapper for each listing. When a server admin clicks your invite link, our system logs the click, tracks the successful guild join, and calculates retention rates over 30/60/90-day windows. Data refreshes every 15 minutes.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you retain Pro features until that date. No refunds are issued for partial months.
What happens if I exceed my API rate limits?
Free accounts receive a 429 error and a 24-hour cooldown after hitting 500 requests. Pro accounts get a warning at 90% capacity and can purchase burst credits. Enterprise clients configure custom limits via their dashboard.
Do you support multi-developer teams?
Pro plans allow up to 5 team members with view-only access. Enterprise plans include full role-based access control (RBAC), letting you assign admins, developers, and analysts to specific bot projects.
